In the pleasant center of the Belgian Achouffe (Houffalize) you will find our Hotel Restaurant & Brasserie.
On top of a hill with beautiful views over the Achouffe valley and the Brasserie d'Achouffe.
Renovated rooms, an incredibly cozy restaurant and a panoramic view that is unique in the Ardennes.

Restaurant & Brasserie
Outside you will find our cozy terrace with beautiful views and various places where you can sit relaxed and spacious.
Where you can find a nice Brasserie menu during the day (from 11:30 am) including Snacks, Lunch, such as Sandwiches, Croques, Hamburgers and Specialties of the region.
The (well-known) Ardennes tapas boards are also on our menu.
Our new restaurant consists of 2 parts.
The warmly decorated veranda where you and possibly your dog is welcome and where you can also enter straight from your bike, with or without a little mud.
Our restaurant is decorated with care and warmth.
With beautiful fabric upholstery, which is unique in the Ardennes.

Hotel Achouffe
Een relaxed en gezellig verblijf, daar staan we voor.
Ons geheel vernieuwde hotel-restaurant midden in de Ardennen, vlakbij Houffalize, maakt uw verblijf tot een fantastische herinnering.
Boven op de heuvel in het dorp Achouffe (bekend van het Chouffe bier) vindt u onze Achouffe-Valley.
Als enige in de streek hebben wij een fantastisch panoramisch uitzicht met zowel hotel, als groot terras, restaurant en te gekke activiteiten.
Het hotel heeft nu nieuwe 8 tweepersoonskamers (evt.meerdere pers. mogelijk) die gezellig en sfeervol zijn ingericht. Wij hebben er voor gekozen om al onze 8 kamers een andere sfeer te geven.
U mag echter de volgende faciliteiten in alle kamers verwachten:

"Cheers & Chill"
"Cheers and Chill" is the name of our outdoor chalet, with a fantastic panoramic view over the Achouffe valley.
Here you can sit in the sun, looking out over the valley and the endless forests of Achouffe.
This includes a local beer, straight from the Achouffe brasserie, the Chouffe beer!
Or drink one of our homemade cocktails, Mocktails, Gin-Tonics or other special beers and drinks that we are happy to advise you on.
Would you like to have a nice lunch, dinner or drinks? Be welcome and feel free to ask about the possibilities with your friends, family or colleagues.

You will also find a variety of activities on our large site that are great fun for families, groups of friends, families and companies.
Our activities, in which we collaborate with Dizzy Adventure, which has had experience and a very good reputation in outdoor activities since 2003, include archery, air rifle shooting, geocaching and much more. Our program will follow soon.
Our expert instructors ensure that you and your group can participate in the activities safely and enjoyably. They have extensive knowledge and experience in guiding groups and ensure that everyone feels comfortable during the activities.
Our activities are held in the beautiful natural environment of Achouffe (Houffalize), allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and the beauty of the surroundings.

That is what we want to create on top of our hill in Achouffe. A unique location and a place where everyone can feel welcome.
We have operated Brasserie Le Rallye in Houffalize for 20 years.
Now it's time for a new adventure in Achouffe.

Bas Voerman & Nathalie Versluis
We and our team wish you a warm welcome.
Bas is from Schiedam and has lived here since 2004 and Nathalie is from Amsterdam and has been here since 2010.
In recent years, with pride, hard work and thanks to all the guests, we have grown Brasserie Le Rallye in Houffalize into a wonderful company.
The space, which is quite limited there, made us decide to take on this new challenge of Achouffe-Valley.
We can accommodate the space we have here and all the ideas that have grown over the years and we hope to make this concept as great a success as the brasserie has been in recent years.
Together with our Team and you as a guest, we are committed to this.
We hope to be ready to welcome you in mid-April.
Of course there is always room for growth and there certainly will be over the years.
For the people who know us from Brasserie Le Rallye....
